If you encounter a company charging $4,000–$5,000 just for permits, that can sometimes be a red flag. The sales rep you meet on day one will be your dedicated project manager and will stay involved throughout the project duration. For most projects, you’ll also have a superintendent assigned. We typically create a group text so you have direct access to the people managing your build that way you won’t be left wondering who to call.
